The KiKiallus Nation are nomadic sovereign people indigenous to the Pacific North West, first relised by the US with the signing of the 1855 Point Elliot Treaty.
The offices is located at Charagua Norte Government Headquarters.
TiNB is a private institution which serves the needs of the KiKiallus’ confederated business ventures as well as the private banking and wealth management functions of its citizens. TiNB also offers services to other indigenous nations, sovereign entities, financial institutions, governments, licensed institutions and its direct joint venture partners.

We believe that economic sovereignty is the the first step to every Nation’s growth and development; and strive to assist the First Nations and indigenous of the world to achieve just that.
We are committed to protecting the especially vulnerable, under-represented people existing globally as well as domestically. We are committed to provide the knowledge, capital, education, guidance, and technology for them to choose their own path to development.
